Jen Vouis

For over ten years, Jen owned several thriving businesses in the health and wellness industry and and has leveraged her entrepreneurial experience and deep understanding of the ever-evolving demands of a growing business to assist Bar Down Investments in a multitude of ways. Her roles have involved Investor Relations, Marketing, Program Manager & Accountability Coach for Apartment Addicts, J & Ashley's Multifamily Coaching Course. Outside of multifamily, Jen is responsible for the Acquisitions and Asset Management of her growing commercial real estate portfolio worth over $6M including industrial warehouses and self-storage.
